Welcome to Mobius Disability Kite School
Mobius offers a full range of packages for people who, due to their disability, would not have previously considered participation in adventure activities a possibility. Working alongside Disability Cornwall to promote equality of opportunity to access sports, we are able to introduce people to an array of new activities. From powerkiting, buggying and landboarding, to getting in the water and having a go at kitesurfing.
All lessons include use of the latest modified equipment, which has safety features enabling those with a range of disabilities to participate.
To date we have catered for people with: visual or hearing impairment, multiple sclerosis, partial paralysis paraplegic and other wheel chair users, amputees, and people with learning and behavioural disabilities.
All sessions are adapted to ensure that individual needs are paramount, and to encourage individuals to progress to a level within which they are comfortable and challenged.
